Service terms
The rules for accessing and using Weft Labs websites, accounts, APIs, MCP tools, and connected apps.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your access to and use of services operated by Weft Labs GmbH. The services include weftlabs.com, Weft Account and the interfaces at weft.network, the Weft API, hosted MCP tools, and Weft connections for ChatGPT and other compatible clients.
By accessing or using a service, you agree to these terms. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services.
Permitted use
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the services for lawful informational and business purposes, subject to these terms and any limits shown in the service.
- Do not interfere with the services, their security, or another person's use of them.
- Do not use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or bypasses access controls.
- Do not introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the services for unlawful activity.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Weft Labs.
Accounts and connected apps
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods, API keys, access tokens, and connected devices secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
A connected app can act within the scopes and spending controls that you approve. Review an app's requested permissions before you authorize it, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. The app operator may apply separate terms and privacy notices.
Search and paid actions
Weft can search for third-party services and can send a request to a selected service. Search results, descriptions, prices, availability, and provider claims can change. You must review the selected service and its terms before you rely on it for an important decision.
Some requests can authorize a payment from your Weft wallet, subject to the spending policy and limit shown in your account. An on-chain or third-party payment may not be reversible after it is authorized or sent. You are responsible for the requests that you or an app acting with your permission submit through your account.
Third-party providers control their own services and results. Their terms and privacy notices can apply to the data sent to them and the result that they return.
Content and ownership
The services, their design, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other content are owned by Weft Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You may link to public pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution. Other copying, republication, commercial exploitation, or creation of a confusingly similar service requires our written permission unless applicable law allows it.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send us ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or payment. Do not send confidential information through a feedback message unless we have agreed in writing to receive it in confidence.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what personal information the services process and why. Our cookie notice explains the analytics technology used on the marketing website.
Third-party services
The services can link to, search, pay, or exchange data with services operated by other organizations. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, results, availability, security, or privacy practices. Their own terms and notices apply when you use them.
Availability and changes
The services are under active development and some features are offered as a beta. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of a service. We do not promise that a service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Information and third-party results may become outdated, and you should verify them before relying on them for an important decision.
Disclaimers and liability
The services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Weft Labs disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Weft Labs and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Changes apply from the stated effective date.
Questions about these terms can be sent to patrick at weftlabs.com.
